Vestas secures 90MW turbine supply order for Ukrainian wind project

Vestas has secured an order from the DTEK Group to supply 90MW of wind turbines for the first part of the 195MW Botievo project in Ukraine.

As per the order, Vestas will deliver 30 units of V112-3MW turbine for the power project, which is located in the coastal area of the Zaporozhye region, near the village of Botievo.

The order includes supply, installation and commissioning of 30 units of V112-3MW wind turbine, along with a VestasOnline Business SCADA system, and a service agreement between the parties is under negotiation.

The wind power project is scheduled to be competed in the fourth quarter of this year.

Vestas is a Danish manufacturer, seller, installer and servicer of wind turbines.

DTEK is a privately-owned vertically-integrated energy company in Ukraine and is part of the financial and industrial Group System Capital Management.
