Diamond WTG secures services agreement for Century and Intrepid wind farms

Diamond WTG Engineering & Services signed a five year agreement with MidAmerican Energy Company to provide service support for the 50 units of one megawatt (MWT-1000A) wind turbines at MidAmerican's Century and Intrepid Wind Projects, in Hamilton and Buena Vista Counties, Iowa.

Diamond WTG president and CEO Harm Toren said: "We are honored to have been selected by MidAmerican Energy Company as their preferred Independent Service Provider (ISP) to ensure this energy complex operates at maximum efficiency.

"It is also a reflection of our commitment to set the industry's standard of excellence in providing 24/7 support to a generation of renewable energy facilities crucial to America's future."

Toren continued: "During 2016, we expect to continue to expand our portfolio of ISP customers as we demonstrate a multidisciplined approach to addressing the needs of owners that share our vision in how wind turbine technology can power our nation while contributing to environmental protection."
